First:  you should download this tool from the following link below

after download the tool now we'll install it like any program

follow the photos ;) 

 

   then after installing madia tek sp driver  install  MTK USB VCOM drivers

from the link : here 

after u unzip it you'll find this 

install files marked with

 Now you are finished

Go to check if it work or not

    ( Go to my computer >>> properties >> device manger >> and see MTK drivers ( like this photo 

!!Now you can flash your phone and do what you want
